Hydroponic Guy Flips to Soil to Build Permaculture Food Forest, Step 1 Cheap & Easy Gardening

My first week as I start to convert my barren, sandy soil to a living micro organism filled soil in an attempt to grow a food forest in the middle of a city. My yard is small and I will be using permaculture techniques to grow more and more perennials, harvest annual seeds and still incorporate my hydroponic gardening. It may be a challenge but I am up for it as I buy my first loquat and fig trees as well as a few blueberry bushes.
